Quite a bit packed into this first full week of June. A bounty of wonderful experiences, but at the expense of the billable hours ... ergo, the out of balance feeling now at the end of it.
More of this post to come. To deal with all of this, a new post label - "compromised" = the post was published without being quite ready for prime time, a placeholder to be returned to, a post requiring more fleshing out. A tool, a tactic to deal with it all. Blogger apparently now limits the time in which to edit a post; time frame seems to be about 2.5 months. It didn't use to be that way. But there's a new reality, so rolling with the punches, in this, as in life, is the call of the day. On the one hand, going back through editable posts yielded the "touch it once" tip from the "Free Advice" post of some weeks past; this new approach clearly contradicts that. But then there was also "imperfect can be lovely" - so there is that. Is it the most professional approach to a blog? No. But since this is far from a professional blog (certainly not a moneymaker - no clue how to monetize this thing at all, although the millennials seem to have all of that down pat (more on that in a future post)), allowances must be made. And, besides, the struggle for time is "on brand," so there's that, too. So, "compromised" stays.
