walking as a form of exercise.

It is, in fact, my preferred and main form of cardio these days; doesn't make my knee act up.

Plus, all this meandering inspires content creation for this blog - a significant portion of the visual components came of walkabouts. Even when the images may not warrant a post in and of themselves (
relegated to Instagram alone), paired with a
stockpile of material going much further back than I realized, they can make for a complete blog post - so, yay!
